How We Work

When you contract with us, we will provide you the following services and resources:

O'Neill & Assoc. has over 2,500+ resumes in our database.  We can search on these with key words. Our Associates will identify candidates for you and contact them to see if they are interested in the opportunity or if they know of a peer that is qualified.

At the end of every month O'Neill & Assoc., sends out a mass E-mail (Career Forum) to 3,500+ scientists and engineers in the optics arena.  This list is highly qualified.  We will list your opportunity in our Career Forum and on our Web site. This will generate more qualified resumes.

We network throughout the technical niche:

O'Neill & Assoc. will research on the Internet and through other resources to acquire names of individuals who qualify to fill the opportunity. This will take a week or less. Our Associates will contact and network throughout the niche to surface candidates. This will take a week and we will have resumes at the end of the third week.

O'Neill & Assoc. will not acquire resumes that are listed on the Internet or through advertisement in newspapers.  Our candidates are not job hoppers or job shoppers.  They go to work every day with their heads down.  Happy in their job and self-actualizing.  They get along with authority, have a stable family life and are not looking for another job.

Our Associates will approach candidates with your opportunity, get them interested and acquire their resume.  Most candidates that we surface are interested in leveraging their careers, making a difference and working with new technological challenges.
